Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Health Foundation (KPHF) invites online applications for the position of Director Procurement. The role requires senior procurement and supply‑chain leadership for health sector projects, hospitals and public‑sector initiatives, with hands‑on experience of government procurement rules and ERP procurement systems.

| Experience | Minimum 15 years of progressively responsible professional experience in procurement and supply‑chain management, including at least 5 years independently managing procurement activities for health sector projects, hospitals or public sector organizations. Experience with ERP procurement systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is mandatory. Certification in relevant fields preferred. Preference for candidates with experience in procurement/contract management under Public Private Partnership (PPP) health projects, hospital outsourcing or large health infrastructure initiatives. |

Candidates will be provisionally allowed to sit the ETEA screening test subject to verification. Govt employees should apply through proper channel. |
