MEPCO Tender: Outsource Services for Handling, Shifting & Erection of HT/LT PCC‑Spun Poles – Rahim Yar Khan Circle

Issuer: Multan Electric Power Company Limited (MEPCO). MEPCO invites e-bids under Single‑Stage‑Two‑Envelopes procedure for outsourcing safe handling, shifting and erection of HT PCC/Spun poles (36', 45') and LT PCC/Spun poles (31') from MEPCO approved pole plants for new connections, deposit works, maintenance and rehabilitation under MEPCO Operation Circle Rahim Yar Khan.

Key eligibility and requirements:

• Valid PEC registration with field specialization EE‑04 & EE‑05 for Financial Year 2026‑27.
• Bidders must be registered on the e‑procurement platform EPADS v2.0 (www.eprocure.gov.pk).
• Bid security (as specified per package) and original bid security must be submitted before the bid submission deadline to the Office of Superintending Engineer (OP), MEPCO Circle Rahim Yar Khan.
• Manual bids will not be accepted; electronic bids only via EPADS v2.0.
• Bid security validity: general bid validity 120 days after opening; bid guarantee instruments should be valid for 150 days from opening date and issued by a scheduled bank of Pakistan in favor of CEO MEPCO Multan.
• Successful contractors must provide renewed license for Year 2026‑27.
