| Enlistment / Bid Security | Preferably enlisted with MES in Category A. Non-MES-enlisted firms required to provide 2% bid security (refundable). Pre-qualification with Engineer-in-Chief's Branch GHQ Rawalpindi is required. No special report of DI&E and no outstanding DI&E recoveries. |
| Documents Required | Work orders, locations and pictures of completed projects with satisfactory completion certificate from user; list of personnel; bank statement; NTN certificate; income tax returns for the last three years. |
