The Deputy Commissioner/Collector, Kohlu, acting under Section 4 of the Land Acquisition Act, 1894, has notified intent to acquire land for the public purpose: "Jamia Masjid Ali Murad." Officers and their staff are authorized to enter, survey and perform all acts required under the said Section.
Persons having an interest in the land may file written objections under Section 5(A) before the Deputy Commissioner/Collector, Kohlu District, Kohlu within fifteen (15) days of publication of this notification. Reference: PRQ No.1218/04-09-2026.
