Pre-Qualification Notice — Establishment of Women’s Hostel Facility, Lahore

Issuer: Communication & Works Department, Government of the Punjab (Superintending Engineer Buildings, Circle No.3 Lahore / Executive Engineer, 4th Building Division, Lahore).

Purpose: Invitation of pre-qualification applications from eligible firms/contractors for the establishment of a hostel facility for women in Lahore.

Eligibility & requirements:

• Open to firms/contractors registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC).
• Specialized PEC codes required (as specified in the pre-qualification document), including codes shown in the notice (e.g., CE10, BC03, ME03).
• Firms must demonstrate relevant experience and capacity for projects of similar nature and complexity; detailed eligibility and documentary requirements are provided in the pre-qualification document.

Submission & process:

• Pre-qualification documents, requirements, terms and conditions are available and applications shall be submitted online through the Punjab e-Procurement System: https://eproc.punjab.gov.pk.
• Hard copy submissions will not be accepted; supporting evidence and uploaded documents must demonstrate the firm’s qualifications.
