Tender: Drilling & Development of Tube Well Bore with Solar System — Deputy Director Agriculture (OFWM) Kohlu (PSDP 2026-27)

Issuer: Deputy Director Agriculture (On Farm Water Management), Kohlu.

Purpose: Execution of drilling and development of a tube well bore with solar system at different union councils of District Kohlu under PSDP No. 45 (2026-27).

Key requirements and eligibility:

- Registration at the Electronic Public Procurement System (EPPS) is mandatory; tender participation fee (non-refundable) must be deposited in any National Bank of Pakistan branch in Balochistan via an EPPS-generated challan.

- Bid security: 2% of the estimated cost (in the form of Call Deposit / Bank Guarantee Deposit at Call) from a scheduled bank in the name of the undersigned.

- Bidder eligibility: Presence on the Active Tax Payer List; not blacklisted by any procuring agency; Balochistan Revenue Authority registration required.

- Experience and financial capacity: Completion of 2 assignments of similar nature; minimum turnover of PKR 34,825,725 in one of the previous years; submit audited reports / audited balance sheets for FY 2023-24, 2024-25 and 2025-26.

- Technical registration: Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) registration C-5 and above (up to PKR 65 million) in the relevant category; specialized codes: CE09(s) (Water Supply), CE10(1) (General Civil Engineering Works), EE11(vi) (Solar Installation).

- Tender documents / NIT: obtainable electronically from www.bppra.gob.pk; complete bidding document can be viewed on the EPPS.

Submission and opening:

- Submission: Bids must be submitted electronically only via the supplier dashboard by 2026-09-17 up to 10:00 AM.

- Opening: Tenders will be opened the same day at 11:00 AM on the EPPS system.
