Infrastructure Development Authority of the Punjab (IDAP) invites bids for the provision of annual software licenses for IDAP. Procurement follows PPRA rules and open competitive bidding with lot-wise award. Bids must be submitted online via the Punjab e-Procurement System.

How to apply: All interested bidders must be registered on the Punjab e-Procurement System (eproc.punjab.gov.pk) to participate. Tender documents, terms and conditions and detailed requirements are available on the Punjab e-Procurement System and on the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) website. Bids must be prepared in accordance with the tender instructions and submitted through the Punjab e-Procurement System only; bids submitted by any other mode will not be considered.
Deadlines and opening: Technical and financial bids must be submitted on the Punjab e-Procurement System on or before 28 August 2026 by 03:00 PM. Technical bids will be opened the same day on the Punjab e-Procurement System at 03:30 PM. If the last date is a public holiday, the next working day will be considered for submission and opening.
