Prequalification Notice: Framework Agreement for Repair of IT Equipment (Ref: FFW9862) – Pakistan Customs

Issuer: Collectorate of Customs Enforcement (Pakistan Customs). Purpose: Prequalification of suppliers to form an Open Framework Agreement for Repair of IT Equipment (procurement of non-consultancy services), reference FFW9862.

Scope & Eligibility: Prequalification is open to all National Applicants meeting the eligibility requirements set out in the Prequalification Documents. Only prequalified applicants will be invited to participate in subsequent procurement proceedings. The resulting Framework Agreement will be on-demand supply through subsequent call-off contracts for a period of 36 months.

• Application/bid submission deadline: Thursday, 2026-10-08 (by 04:00 PM).
• Electronic opening of applications: Thursday, 2026-10-08 (04:30 PM).
• Framework Agreement signing (expected): Wednesday, 2026-10-21 for a period of 36 months.
