NEPRA Tender No. 08/2026 — Pre-Qualification of Printing Presses for Printed Stationery

National Electric Power Regulatory Authority (NEPRA) invites applications for pre-qualification of printers/printing presses for supply of NEPRA printed stationery items through open framework agreement(s) under Tender No. 08/2026.

Scope / Typical stationery items:

Eligibility & basic requirements: Registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax departments; not listed as inactive taxpayer by FBR; minimum five (05) years' relevant experience. Applicants must submit pre-qualification / bidding documents, evidence of eligibility, financial and technical capacity and other information as specified in the pre-qualification documents.

How to obtain documents: Pre-qualification documents, instructions, terms, conditions, submission format and other details are available free of cost on NEPRA's website (www.nepra.org.pk) and may also be available on PPRA website.

Submission instructions: Proposals must reach the Office of the Director General (Administration/HR), NEPRA Tower, Ataturk Avenue (East), G-5/1, Islamabad by the closing date and time. Only firms that qualify in the pre-qualification stage will be invited to participate in subsequent procurement proceedings.
