Pakistan Railways, Concrete Sleeper Factories Directorate, Headquarters Office, Lahore has issued a corrigendum to Tender No. 686-W/76/CSF/2025 for pre-qualified firms/companies/JVs for outsourcing the operation & management of Pakistan Railways’ Concrete Sleeper Factories. The scope includes rehabilitation, upgradation, maintenance and operation of the factories at Sukkur, Khanewal and Kohat Cantt on a Public-Private Partnership (PPP) concession basis. An amendment has been made to the bid submission/opening date.
