E-Tender Notice — Beautification Works, Municipal Committee Phalia (Mandi Bahauddin)

Issuer: Municipal Committee Phalia, District Mandi Bahauddin (Municipal Committee Phalia).

Purpose: Single-stage, single-envelope e-tenders are invited for development schemes under the Annual Development Program for the specified financial year. Registered contractors on E-PAAS and with valid Pakistan Engineering Council registration in the relevant category/codes may apply.

Submission & Opening: Tender documents will be uploaded to the EPAD/e-procurement dashboard and must be submitted electronically. Documents uploaded until 2026-09-28 at 12:00 PM will be considered. Bids will be opened at the Municipal Committee Phalia office on 2026-09-28 at 12:30 PM in the presence of contractors or their representatives.

Bid Security & Conditions: A bid security equal to 5% of the estimated cost is required in favour of Municipal Committee Phalia. Conditional tenders will not be entertained. In case of forged or tampered documents, CDR/bid security will be forfeited and legal action may be taken. Contractors offering more than 4.99% below the total estimated cost must deposit additional performance security equal to the difference between the estimated cost and the quoted bid amount, per Finance Department letter referenced in the notice.
