PESCO E-Bids: Procurement of 11 kV Dropout Cutouts & 58 ft HT Steel Structures — Submit by 2026-09-21

Issuer: Peshawar Electric Supply Company (PESCO). Invitation to submit electronic bids on EPADS v2.0 for procurement planned under FY 2026-27.

Reference: PESCO Tender No. 2026-27/MM-13, E-PADS Tender No. P91033. Single Stage-One Envelope procedure using Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) in accordance with Public Procurement Rules, 2004.

How to apply: Bidders must submit E-bids via the e-Procurement Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS v2.0): https://vendors.epads.gov.pk/. Manual submission of bids will not be accepted. Bid security: All bids must be accompanied by bid security as specified in the bidding documents in the form of a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) or Bank Guarantee issued by any scheduled bank of Pakistan in favour of CEO PESCO. The original bid security, with a covering letter, must be submitted in a sealed envelope at Room No. 311, MM Directorate, PESCO H/Q, Shami Road, Peshawar on or before the bid closing time; failure to submit the sealed original CDR/Bank Guarantee will render the bid non-responsive and rejected.

Deadline and opening: E-bids must be submitted before Monday, 2026-09-21 at 10:00 AM. E-bids will be opened on EPADS v2.0 on Monday, 2026-09-21 at 10:30 AM.

Important conditions: Conditional, partial, or incomplete bids, bids without the sealed original CDR/Bank Guarantee, and bids lacking required samples will be rejected. In terms of Rule 48 of the Public Procurement Rules, 2004, a Grievance Redressal Committee (GRC) has been notified for this procurement. PESCO reserves the right to accept or reject all bids as per PPRA Rule 33(1).
