State Life Insurance Corporation of Pakistan, Health & Accident Insurance (H&I), Karachi Region invites e-bids for the supply, delivery, installation, testing and commissioning of office furniture, fixtures, accessories and miscellaneous items for the H&I Regional Office, 4th Floor, State Life Building No. 03, Karachi.

Scope: Supply, delivery, installation, testing and commissioning of office furniture, fixtures, accessories and miscellaneous items for H&I at 4th Floor, State Life Building No.03, Karachi.

Eligibility & conditions: Manufacturers/suppliers/firms must be registered and active on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) of FBR and must be registered on the EPADS v2.0 system. Procurement will follow Open Competitive Bidding under Single Stage – Two Envelope Procedure in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules. Bidding documents and complete instructions are available on EPADS (https://epads.gov.pk), PPRA (www.ppra.gov.pk) and State Life website (www.statelife.com.pk).

Submission method & schedule: Bids must be uploaded electronically through EPADS v2.0. Submission deadline: 2026-09-24 by 11:00 AM. Technical bids will be opened on 2026-09-24 at 11:30 AM via EPADS v2.0. Only bids submitted through EPADS v2.0 will be considered; manual/physical bids are not acceptable. Financial bids of technically responsive and qualified bidders will be opened later as per bidding documents.
