Issuer: Government of Pakistan, Cabinet Division – Abandoned Properties Organization (APO), Karachi. Engagement on contractual basis as Legal Advisor for an initial period of one (01) year (further extendable subject to satisfactory performance) on monthly retainership.

Key responsibilities include providing timely legally sustainable advice on matters referred by the organization; representing APO before courts, commissions, forums and other judicial/quasi-judicial authorities as authorized; preparing and conducting cases, appeals, revisions, constitutional petitions, applications and other proceedings; monitoring progress of cases and ensuring important proceedings, orders and deadlines are brought promptly to the organization's notice; filing appeals, review petitions, revisions or other legal remedies when required; and ensuring effective follow-up of cases until final disposal.
