Issuer: Capital Development Authority (CDA), Directorate of Estate Management-II. CDA invites open auction bids from eligible Oil Marketing Companies (OMCs) or authorized dealers of OMCs for construction, operation, management and transfer of petrol pump / filling stations with ancillary facilities on a rental basis.
Auction date & venue: 2026-10-13 at Jinnah Convention Center, Islamabad. The sites will be offered on a rental basis for a contractual period of 20 years under the approved CDA terms and conditions. Successful bidders are responsible for construction, operation, management, transfer and for obtaining all required approvals, NOCs, licences and permissions from CDA and other concerned government/regulatory authorities.
Interested bidders should obtain and carefully study the complete Auction Brochure / Auction Documents and follow the prescribed eligibility criteria, site plans, financial bid procedure and payment schedule before participating.
