Tender: Provision of 100 Laboratory Associates for Schools/Colleges — Federal Directorate of Education Islamabad

Federal Directorate of Education (FDE), Ministry of Federal Education & Professional Training invites e-bids (RFP) for the provision/deployment of 100 Laboratory Associates for schools/colleges under FDE, Islamabad. Tender No. F.1-63/2026 (Science Labs) — bids must be submitted through the e-procurement portal (EPADs) version 2.0.

Key submission & eligibility requirements: Bidders must be registered service providers/companies registered with relevant government authorities and with Income Tax and Sales Tax departments. Bids must be submitted electronically via EPADs (www.eproc.gov.pk) — manual submission without e-submission is not allowed. Technical and Financial proposals must follow the RFP instructions available on EPADs.

Bid security: In the form of Call Deposit Receipt (CDR)/Pay Order/Bank Draft in favor of DDO, Federal Directorate of Education (FDE), Ministry of Federal Education & Professional Training — a copy must be uploaded with the technical proposal and the original CDR submitted as required in the tender document.

Other important notes: Representatives attending the bid opening must present an authority letter on company letterhead and original CNIC. The procuring agency reserves the right to accept or reject bids as per Public Procurement Rules and applicable regulations.
