Issuer: The Punjab Employees' Social Security Institution (Head Office), 3-A Gulberg V, Lahore. Pre-qualification applications are invited from contractors for construction works under PPRA e-procurement in line with relevant PPRA rules.
Eligible firms: Contractors registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the relevant category/codes with valid PEC, PRA and NTN certificates, and whose social security contributions are being deposited regularly.
How to apply: Firms must register on the E-Procurement / Punjab E-PADS website and download the pre-qualification documents (evaluation criteria, financial soundness, relevant experience, technical staff requirements and other supporting documents) from the E-PADS website. Pre-qualification documents/profiles must be submitted online on the E-PADS website by the stated deadline; manual submissions will not be accepted.
Notes: The Procuring Agency may reject all bids or proposals at any time prior to acceptance under PPRA Rule-35. If a public holiday is declared on the tender opening date, the next working day will be considered the tender opening date at the same time.
