Gujranwala Electric Power Company (GEPCO) invites applications for the position of Chief Supply Chain Management Officer (CSCMO) to lead procurement, supply chain and related functions. The appointment will be contractual and report to the Chief Executive Officer/Board of Directors, GEPCO.

Position Key Qualifications & Experience Other Requirements
Chief Supply Chain Management Officer (CSCMO)
  • Master's degree in Management Sciences, preferably in Supply Chain Management, from an HEC-recognized local or foreign university.
  • Alternatively, relevant 16-year engineering qualification (Electrical/Electronics) where indicated.
  • Post-qualification relevant experience: minimum ~15 years (industry/utility experience preferred).
  • Certifications/courses in supply chain management from reputable national/international institutions are desirable.
  • Strong leadership, commercial and regulatory understanding relevant to the power sector.
  • Broad knowledge of supply chain, planning and procurement practice; preference for power sector experience.
  • Familiarity with Companies Act provisions and State-Owned Enterprises governance.
  • Age limit: up to 60 years.

Remuneration & Tenure: Market-based competitive salary commensurate with qualifications and experience as per Government/PCO policy. Initial contract for three (03) years, extendable subject to satisfactory performance and agreement.
