Purpose: Request for Proposal (RFP) for procurement of services for design, development, supply, installation, integration, testing, commissioning and post-implementation support of a Hospital Management Platform for Digital Transformation and Operational Automation. Bidders must be reputable, duly registered, eligible, technically competent and experienced in software development, digital transformation, enterprise systems, and/or business process automation.

How to obtain documents & submit: Proposal/tender documents and relevant information are available through the SPPRA e-Procurement (EPAD) portal and the company’s official website as indicated in the tender notice. Bidders are required to submit bids online through the EPAD portal in accordance with the bidding documents. Technical proposals will be opened in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives who choose to attend.

Other conditions: The Procuring Agency reserves the right to increase or decrease quantities and to accept or reject bids as per rules, subject to availability and allocation of funds. Bids must be submitted to the Procuring Agency at its Head Office before the time of opening specified in the bidding documents.
