PESSI Pre-Qualification Notice — Contractors for 100‑Bed Social Security Hospital, Sheikhupura

Issuer: The Punjab Employees' Social Security Institution (PESSI), Head Office, 3-A Gulberg V, Lahore. PESSI invites pre-qualification applications from eligible contractors under the PPRA e-Procurement system for the establishment of a 100‑bed Social Security Hospital at Sheikhupura (Package‑I).

Key eligibility and submission requirements: contractors must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the relevant category, hold valid PRC and NTN certificates, and have social security contributions deposited regularly.
