Headquarters Military Lands & Cantonments invites sealed e-bids for Mega-Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Installation, Testing, Commissioning and successful completion of Hybrid Solar PV Systems at Malir Cantonment Board (Ref: P98305). Funds have been reserved for FY 2026-27 for this procurement. Single Stage–Two Envelope procedure will be used adopting Quality and Cost Based Selection (QCBS) in line with the Public Procurement Rules, 2004.
E-bidding documents, containing detailed terms, conditions, specifications and required bid security amount, are available on EPADS v2.0. Bidders must register on EPADS v2.0 to participate. Manual submission of bids will not be accepted.
