The Punjab Central Business District Development Authority (PCBDDA), Government of the Punjab, invites proposals to partner in development of the Retail Plot (Azalea) — a Hyper Mall — at CBD Quaid District, Gulberg, Lahore. Interested firms, companies, consortiums, individual investors and developers are invited to submit proposals in Joint Venture (JV) mode demonstrating technical and financial capacity.
