MTI-Hayatabad Medical Complex Corrigendum for Tender No. SCMD-04/26-27

The Hospital Director, MTI-Hayatabad Medical Complex (MTI-HMC), Peshawar, issues a corrigendum/addendum to Tender No. SCMD-04/26-27 (dated 2026-07-04). New tender heads added include: Rotatory/Vertical Tissue Processor on reagent rental (CDR Rs. 200,000; evaluated under KPPRA Rule 6(2)(b) single stage two envelopes), Purchase of medicines & implants for Pakistan Bait-ul-Mal patients (CDR Rs. 500,000; KPPRA Rule 6(2)(b)), and Yearly contract for Waqar Zahir Hospital canteen (CDR Rs. 300,000; KPPRA Rule 6(2)(a)). Other corrections: SLA for bio-medical equipment to be evaluated under KPPRA Rule 14(2)(b) (single stage two envelopes), IT equipment lots removed, and gastroenterology disposables bid security read as Rs. 200,000. Several other serials have amended bidding methods per KPPRA rules.
