Faisalabad Electric Supply Company (FESCO) invites applications for the position of Chief Information Technology Officer (CITO) to lead IT strategy, digital transformation and enterprise-level IT systems for the distribution utility.

| Key Responsibilities | Lead IT strategy, policies and standards; oversee IT operations and transformation initiatives; manage IT budgets and personnel; ensure compliance with IT strategy and processes; vendor/contractor management; maintain stakeholder relationships including electricity sector entities. |
| Minimum Qualifications | 18-year Bachelor (Honours) in Computing / Data Analytics / Telecom / MIS / AI / Robotics / Cyber Security / Information Technology / Computer Science / Software Engineering or related field. OR Master’s/PhD (MS / M.Sc / MPhil / ME / MS) from HEC-recognized university. PhD preferred. |
| Experience | Minimum 15 years post-qualification experience with at least 3 years in a relevant senior management role (e.g., Head of IT / Senior Management). Proven experience in IT governance, digital transformation, enterprise systems, and large-scale implementations. Energy sector experience preferred. |
| Age Limit | Maximum age: 57 years as on closing date. |
