| Minimum qualification | Bachelor’s degree from a local or international university/college/institute recognized by HEC in Business Administration / Finance / Economics / Management or a related discipline. Master’s degree and/or certifications in Development Finance / Inclusive Finance / Sustainable Finance / SME / Agricultural Finance are preferred. |
| Experience | Minimum 18 years of working experience with at least 12 years in Banking and/or the Financial Sector, including either: (a) 8+ years as Head of SME and/or Agri and/or Commercial business; OR (b) 5+ years as Head of Retail Banking. Preference for candidates with experience managing diversified banking portfolios (SME, agriculture, commercial lending), multi‑divisional leadership, strategic planning, sustainability and regulatory engagement. |
| Employment type & term | Contractual basis for three years, renewable based on performance and at the discretion of Management. Selected candidates will be offered compensation as per Bank policy/rules. |

Key responsibilities include setting strategic direction and policy for the Inclusive Development Group; developing and promoting sustainable finance, green and climate‑smart lending; driving SME, agri and microfinance initiatives; overseeing IDG divisions and business plans; ensuring regulatory and risk compliance; building partnerships with regulators, DFIs and development organizations; supporting the Bank’s Green Banking, ESG and Sustainable Finance strategies; and monitoring achievement of IDG targets through governance and performance management.
