Bestway Cement Limited — Sale of Surplus & Redundant Items (Hattar, Farooqia, Kallar Kahar)

Bestway Cement Limited invites sealed quotations for the sale of surplus and redundant items on an "as is where is" basis at its Hattar, Farooqia and Kallar Kahar plants. Inspections, submission instructions, refundable earnest money and general terms are provided below.

Inspection (Plant visits): 2026-09-21 (Monday) to 2026-09-25 (Friday). Timing: 08:00–12:00 and 14:00–16:00 hours at the plants listed below. A detailed list will be provided during the site visit by the store representative.

Quotation submission: Submit plant-wise (separate) quotations/latest rates by 2026-09-28 (Monday). Each plant quotation must be accompanied by a Demand Draft / Pay Order of Rs. 1,000,000/- for each plant in favor of Bestway Cement Limited (refundable).

Important terms: Quotations will not be entertained unless the refundable Demand Draft and copy of CNIC are submitted with rates. Bestway Cement Limited reserves the right to cancel any bid/quotation without giving any reason. Successful bidders/contractors must lift all scrap within the stipulated time or security may be forfeited. Entry into plant premises requires necessary health & safety PPEs.
