Public Sector Auction: Scrap Materials at Jabbi Stop (Fateh Jang) – Furniture, Air Conditioners & MT Scrap – Closing 2026-10-07

Public Sector Organization invites sealed bids for disposal of scrap materials on an "AS AND WHERE BASIS" at Jabbi Stop (Fateh Jang – Attock Road). Inspection, bidding conditions, deposit, lifting and other terms are listed below.

Inspection: Interested parties may report to the office of the Convener Auction Committee near Jabbi Stop (Fateh Jang – Attock Road) at 1000 hrs on 2026-10-05 (Monday).

Earnest Money / Deposit: Interested parties must deposit earnest money equal to 25% of the bid amount by pay order / demand draft. Deposit must be submitted before 1100 hrs on 2026-10-07 (Wednesday) at the specified office (Jabbi Stop, Fateh Jang – Attock Road).

Bidding and Payment: Bids should be submitted sealed. Bids remain valid for 90 days from the date of opening. Earnest money will be returned to unsuccessful bidders after finalization. Successful bidders must pay 100% of the bid amount plus all applicable taxes and government dues before lifting the material.

Lifting and Forfeiture: Successful bidders must lift allotted scrap/items within 30 days after approval of the bid. Failure to lift within 30 days will result in forfeiture of the 25% earnest money and cancellation of the bid.

Eligibility & Documentation: All participants must present original CNIC along with two photocopies. Only bids for the "Complete Lot" will be accepted; partial bids for individual quantities will not be entertained.

Other Terms: The organization reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, in whole or in part, without assigning any reason.
