Aror University Sukkur Tender NIT/AUS/PC/2026/08 – Convocation Printing, Photography, Decoration & Catering

Issuer: Aror University of Art, Architecture, Design & Heritage, Sukkur (Tender No. NIT/AUS/PC/2026/08). The university invites electronic bids on a Single Stage Two Envelope basis from well‑reputed companies/firms/suppliers/contractors and decoration & catering service providers registered with FBR for Income Tax and Sales Tax, having relevant experience for convocation services 2027.

Document download & submission: Tender documents with detailed terms, conditions and specifications can be downloaded by registered bidders through the EPADS portal at https://portalsindh.approcure.gov.pk and from the university website https://aror.edu.pk from 2026-09-21 to 2026-10-06.

Fees & securities: A non‑refundable tender fee of PKR 5,000 and the fixed bid security (refundable) in the shape of Bank Draft/Pay Order/CDR/Bank Guarantee in favor of “Aror University of Art, Architecture, Design & Heritage” are required. The original tender fee and bid security must reach the office of the Procurement Officer before the closing date and time.

Submission & opening: Electronic bids must be submitted via EPADS on or before 2026-10-06 up to 01:00 PM. Manual bids will not be accepted. Electronic technical bids will be opened on the same day at 02:00 PM; financial bids of only technically responsive/qualified bidders will be opened later. Procuring Agency reserves the right to accept/reject bids in accordance with SPP Rules, 2010 and applicable regulations.
