Key instructions and conditions:
- Bid submission method: All bids must be submitted through the Punjab E-Procurement System (eP) only. Bidders must upload required documents and the bid security on the eP portal.
- Bid security: 2% of the estimated cost must be deposited via the Punjab E-Procurement digital banking facility (generate PSID and deposit through prescribed channels). Bid security must be in favor of the Project Director, SP&IU, EPCCD and uploaded with the Technical Bid.
- Deadline and opening: Submit e-Bids on or before 2026-10-01 by 11:00 AM. Bids will be opened the same day (2026-10-01) at 11:30 AM in the presence of bidders who choose to attend. If that day is an official holiday, the next day will be treated as the opening date with the same time and venue.
- Bid validity: 120 days.
- Procedure: Single-stage two-envelope procedure will be adopted in accordance with Rule 2(a) of Rule No. 38 of Punjab PPRA Rules, 2014 (amended to date). Incomplete, conditional bids or bids without the specified bid security will be rejected.
- Responsibility and downloads: The procuring agency is not responsible for failures due to technical or internet errors or for any costs incurred by bidders. Tender Notice and bidding documents can be downloaded from the Punjab E-Procurement System (https://eproc.punjab.gov.pk) and PPRA website (https://ppra.punjab.gov.pk) or collected from the office during working hours.
