Eligibility & Requirements:
- Presence on Active Taxpayer List; bidder must not be blacklisted by any procuring agency of Pakistan.
- Balochistan Revenue Authority (BRA) registration required and must be active.
- The bidding firm must have completed at least one assignment of similar nature.
- Minimum turnover: PKR 338,660,000 in three consecutive previous years.
- Registration with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) C-3 and above (up to PKR 500 million) with relevant specialized codes.
- Successfully completed at least three government projects during the last five years involving Solar PV Systems, Solar DC Systems, Hybrid/Off-Grid/On-Grid Solar Systems, or Solar Street Lights.
- Valid ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018 certifications.
- Joint ventures must provide a JV agreement on stamp paper duly attested, joint bank account, JV NTN, STRN/GST, and BRA documents.
- The bidder must submit a Service Level Agreement to provide laboratory services for 24 months from date of completion; all cost of service shall be included in contract price.
