SBCA Public Notice — Extension of NOC for Sale & Advertisement: Gulshan-e-Bahar (Den Jorji, Bin Qasim, Malir, Karachi)

Issuing Authority: Sindh Building Control Authority (SBCA) — Public Sale Advertisement & Complaints Section, 3rd Floor, Civic Centre Annexe Building, Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Karachi.

Purpose: Extension of NOC for Sale & Advertisement for the gated project "GULSHAN-E-BAHAR" located at Den Jorji, Bin Qasim Town, District Malir, Karachi (Land Survey Nos. 84/1, 86, 122, 123, 668 & 669; measuring 37-00-00 Ac-Gh-Sq.). The SBCA approved the project and originally issued NOC for sale & advertisement with a proposed completion date of 31-12-2025 and now intends to extend the completion date to 31-12-2028.

• NOC for Sale & Advertisement issued (SBCA letter reference) dated: 2021-03-02.
• Extension of NOC proposed to change completion date from 31-12-2025 to 31-12-2028.

Action for public / stakeholders: Any person, allottee, or government/private agency with objections to the extension or issuance of the Extension NOC for Sale & Advertisement must submit claims/objections with supporting evidence to the Director (PSA&C Section), SBCA, 3rd Floor, Annexe Building, Civic Centre, Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Karachi within 15 days from publication of this notice. Objections received after the prescribed period will not be entertained and the extension NOC may be issued as per rules and regulations.
