National Heritage & Culture Division (4th Floor, Kohsar Block, Pak Secretariat, Islamabad) invites bids from general-order suppliers/companies in Islamabad/Rawalpindi registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments for supply of computer stationery (general), computer machinery (toner), electronic communication items and miscellaneous usable items.
Single Stage One Envelope bidding procedure will be adopted. Tender bids will be opened in the Committee Room of the Division in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. Prices must be inclusive of all taxes and remain effective until 30 June 2027. Income tax will be deducted at the time of payment.
Bidders must attach bid security in the form of bank drafts, pay orders or call deposits. Incomplete offers will not be accepted. If a bidder withdraws after opening of the tender, the earnest money will be forfeited.
