National Foods Limited Motor Vehicle Auction — Bids by 2026-09-30

National Foods Limited invites sealed bids for disposal of company motor vehicles. Vehicles are offered on an "as is, where is" basis. Bidding instructions: Bids must be submitted on the prescribed Bid Form, accompanied by a photocopy of the bidder's CNIC and earnest money equal to 10% of the bid amount in the form of a Pay Order in favor of National Foods Limited. The Bid Form can be collected from the designated vehicle inspection area. Completed Bid Forms must be fully signed and submitted at the stated address or placed in the designated box at reception.

Key dates and payment terms: Completed bids must be submitted by 2026-09-30. All bids received by 2026-09-30 will be opened internally on 2026-10-05. Successful bidders must deposit the full bid amount plus applicable income tax within five (5) working days of allotment: 10% for active filers and 20% for inactive filers on the bid value. Unsuccessful bidders may collect refund of earnest money from 2026-10-13 upon presentation of the original CNIC.

Ownership transfer: Upon full payment, the original vehicle file will be handed to the successful bidder to complete ownership transfer. Transfer must be completed within one (1) week and proof of transfer provided to National Foods Limited. Vehicles are handed over only after completion of ownership transfer. National Foods Limited reserves the right to hold, postpone, or cancel the auction.
