Faisalabad Electric Supply Company (FESCO) invites applications for the position of Chief Information Technology Officer (CITO). The CITO will lead digital transformation, develop and implement IT strategy, manage IT operations, budgets, vendors and personnel, ensure compliance with IT policies and laws, and drive enterprise-level IT/OT systems for improved service delivery.

| Key Responsibilities | Develop IT strategy, policies and protocols; ensure compliance with IT strategy and processes; oversee contracts, vendors and service providers; develop IT budgets; manage IT personnel and departments; coordinate with other departments for effective IT delivery; maintain relationships with sector stakeholders; track latest IT developments and validate IT alignment with business requirements. |
| Minimum Qualifications | 16-years Bachelor (Honours) in Computing / Data Analytics / Telecom / MIS / AI / Robotics / Cyber Security / Information Technology / Computer Science / Software Engineering or a related field from HEC-recognized university OR Master’s / MS / MPhil in Computer Science / IT / related field. Higher degrees (MS/MPhil/PhD) and HEC-recognized qualifications will be given preference. |
| Experience | Minimum 15 years post-qualification experience with at least 3 years in a senior management role in public or private sector. Broad knowledge of information systems, including software, languages, frameworks, techniques and industry trends; experience managing large-scale digital change and geographically dispersed teams. |
| Age Limit | Maximum age not more than fifty-seven (57) years as on closing date. |
| Tenure & Remuneration | Market-based consolidated salary package on lump-sum basis. Appointment initially for three (3) years with six (6) months probation; extension subject to performance and applicable rules. |
