PITB Invitation to Bid — IT Hardware for Punjab Digital Transport Governance Phase‑2

Punjab Information Technology Board (PITB), Government of the Punjab, invites bids for procurement of IT hardware / equipment for the Punjab Digital Transport Governance Phase‑2 Project (PTOPs‑07). Procurement will follow Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014, on a Single Stage – Two Envelope procedure. Tender documents are available free at PITB and PPRA websites and bids must be submitted online via the Punjab e‑Procurement System.

• Submit Technical and Financial separate bids online on the Punjab e‑Procurement Portal (https://eproc.punjab.gov.pk). Bidders must register on the portal prior to submission.
• Follow Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014. Bidders are responsible for timely online upload; late, incomplete, unsigned or stamped bids will not be considered.
