Tender: Implementation of Sui Town Master Plan – Bus Terminal, Truck Stand, Parks & Street Rehabilitation

Project Director, Sui Master Plan invites electronic bids for multiple works under the Implementation of Master Plan of Sui Town. Only electronic bids will be accepted; no physical bids. Registration on the Electronic Public Procurement System of BPPRA is mandatory.

Eligibility and key instructions: Procurement will follow Balochistan Public Procurement Rules. Bidders must be registered with the Balochistan Revenue Authority, hold valid Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) registration in the relevant category and specialized code, and meet the required turnover and experience criteria as specified in the bidding documents. Bid security must be provided as shown in the table below (percentage and amounts indicated in the notice). Tender documents and NIT are available electronically via the BPPRA e‑procurement system. Bids are to be submitted electronically through the applicable e‑procurement portal.
