Office of the Municipal Committee Mianwali invites sealed item-rate tenders as per PPRA rules for the following work. Procurement and bidding will be conducted through the Punjab E-Procurement System (single-stage, single-envelope procedure).

Issuer: Chief Officer, Municipal Committee Mianwali.

Eligibility & Registration: Intending contractors/firms must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council for financial year 2026-27 in the relevant category/class and must follow PPRA rules.

Tender documents & download: Bidding documents can be downloaded from the Punjab E-Procurement System and Punjab PPA website. Documents will be available from the date of publication until 2026-09-16 12:00 PM.

Submission & Bid Security: Bids must be submitted electronically via the Punjab E-Procurement System. Digital bid security is required as per instructions on the e-procurement portal (Earnest Money shown above).

Opening: Bids will be opened on the Punjab E-Procurement System on 2026-09-16 at 12:30 PM in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives.

Evaluation & Award: Evaluation will be carried out on the basis of total bid price and the contract will be awarded to the lowest evaluated/least cost bidder. Performance guarantee and other conditions as per PPRA rules will apply. Incomplete, unsigned, or conditional bids will be rejected.
