Deputy Director, Directorate of Monitoring & Evaluation, Law & Parliamentary Affairs Department, Punjab (Lahore) invites e-bids from manufacturers, authorized dealers or suppliers registered with relevant registration authorities and tax departments (Income Tax & Sales Tax) for supply of goods and services in lot-wise packages. Bidders must submit e-bids via the e-procurement system and also submit physical bids to the Directorate of Monitoring & Evaluation, Law & Parliamentary Affairs Department, Punjab, Lahore. Bidders must submit a single package containing separate Technical and Financial bids in conformity with the Tender Document and quote unit prices excluding GST/PST.

Key requirements and instructions:
- Bidders must be registered with relevant authorities and registered for Income Tax and Sales Tax.
- Bids must be accompanied by a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) equivalent to 5% of the estimated price (pay order/demand draft) as earnest money in favor of the Deputy Director, Directorate of Monitoring & Evaluation, Law & Parliamentary Affairs Department, Punjab, Lahore. Bids without the required CDR will be rejected.
- Brand-new/original goods must be supplied as per specifications.
- Submit separate technical and financial bids in a single package; follow instructions in the Tender Document.
- Bids to be submitted through the designated e-Procurement System and physically as required by the Tender Document.
