Director General (South), Energy Department invites electronic bids for the establishment of a Technical Laboratory in Balochistan. Procurement will follow Balochistan Public Procurement Rules-2014. Bidders must be registered on the Electronic Public Procurement System (ePPS) and meet the eligibility, financial and technical requirements below.
