Divisional Superintendent, Pakistan Railways Lahore invites e-bids for civil and electrical repair/renovation works on the Lahore–Lalamusa section. Eligible PEC-registered contractors (financial category C-6 or above) with relevant specializations (CE-10 for civil; EE-04 for electrical) and active NTN on FBR Active Tax Payer List may participate via the E-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (E-PADS) on eprocure.gov.pk. Tender documents are available free of cost online.
Key submission requirements: scanned Bid Security in the form of a CDR from a scheduled bank (in the name of Divisional Accounts Officer, Pakistan Railways Lahore, with the firm name on the CDR) must be uploaded with the bid; original CDR and other required documents must be deposited in the Tender Box/Divisional Accounts Officer office before bid opening. Bids must be uploaded on E-PADS by the stated deadline and will be opened in the presence of bidders.
