PESCO Tender No. 241-GSPD/2026 — Disposal of Public Assets via EPADS v2.0 (Peshawar)

Issuer: Peshawar Electric Supply Company (PESCO) — Disposal Directorate. Invitation to e-bids (Tender No. 241-GSPD/2026) through EPADS v2.0 for disposal of public assets on an “as is, where is” basis.

Scope: Disposal of 46 lots of electrical/scrap material including (but not limited to) steel wire, meter & relay scrap, dismantled tower braces & pole structure scrap, 11kV panels, battery cells, large MCM cable scrap, insulators, transformers, circuit breakers and related electrical assets. Detailed lot descriptions and quantities are available in the tender documents on the PESCO/EPADS portal.

Eligibility: Interested firms/companies and individuals including Individuals, Sole Proprietors, Partnership Firms, Companies (Private Limited/Limited/Holding Companies/Limited by Guarantee), State-Owned Enterprises (Private Limited/Public Limited), NGOs/POs and IGOs may participate as per EPADS rules.

How to apply / bid submission: Bids must be submitted online only via EPADS v2.0 in single stage, single envelope procedure. The sale/bidding shall be carried out under Single Stage – One Envelope Procedure through EPADS v2.0 in accordance with PPRs and Disposal of Public Assets Regulations, 2024.

Bid security / Earnest money: PKR 3,000,000 (Three million). Bid security/earnest money equivalent to the specified amount against each tender shall be uploaded electronically on EPADS v2.0 and the original pay order/bank draft must be submitted in the office of Manager (Disposal), PESCO (Room No. 306, PESCO HQ Peshawar) before the closing date/time.

Opening & closing (submission) schedule: Closing date/time: 2026-10-15 10:30 AM. Date & time of opening: 2026-10-15 10:00 AM. Bids will be opened on the specified date & time in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. Location for opening: 132 GSS Shahi Bagh, Peshawar.

Important conditions: Assets are sold on an “as is & as where is” basis. Taxes, duties and levies as per law (Income Tax, Sales Tax and other applicable taxes) will be borne by the successful bidder and must be shown on the active taxpayer list (ATL). The purchaser is responsible for removal of items within timelines specified in sale documents. PESCO reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids at any time prior to acceptance in accordance with Rules 33 of PPRA Rules without assigning reasons.
