Issuer: Meezan Bank Limited. Purpose: Shareholders who have entitlements for the financial year ending 31 December 2026 are requested to ensure their CNIC/NICOP and valid IBAN are on record to receive payments electronically.

Action required: Eligible shareholders must provide an updated copy of their CNIC/NICOP and their valid bank IBAN. Submission can be made through the company’s registrar (THK Associates) or via CDC e-Services as applicable.

Required documents: Valid CNIC/NICOP and correct IBAN (bank account in shareholder’s name).

• CDC e-Services: Shareholders holding securities in CDC accounts may update details via CDC e-Services (login at https://csp.cdaccess.com.pk/login/).
