Pakistan Navy MES Tender Notice — Construction, Installation and Repair Works at Karachi & NAS Turbat (PNS Karsaz)

Office of CMES (Navy) Compak, PNS Karsaz invites sealed tenders under PPRA Rule 13(1) of 2004 for multiple civil / maintenance works. Eligible contractors may apply for issuance of tender documents by submitting complete credentials as required.

Key submission & eligibility information:

- Applications for issuance of tender documents must include complete credentials as listed by the issuing office. Tender documents will be issued only to firms with sufficient and relevant experience.

- Tender submissions must be received in the accepting office by 11:30 Hrs on 2026-09-18. Bids will be opened at 12:00 Hrs on the same date.

- Contractors must provide a certificate of enlistment with the relevant department or a certificate/affidavit that they are not involved in litigation with the concerned department. All contractors, whether enlisted with MES or not, must certify in writing that they are registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) and must submit a copy of their PEC registration.

- Contractors appearing on approved MES lists in categories A, B, C or D with relevant experience are eligible to apply. Contractors must provide past performance details and supporting documentation as required.

- The accepting officer reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders. Rejected tenders will be dealt with as per Para 33(i) of PPRA Rules.
