Arts Council of Pakistan Karachi — Pre-Qualification of Service Providers (FY 2026-27, EOI)

Issuer: Arts Council of Pakistan Karachi (ACPKHI). The Council invites Expressions of Interest (EOI) from experienced and reputable firms for pre-qualification as service providers for the fiscal year 2026-27. Firms may apply for one or more categories; a separate EOI is required for each category applied for.

Required documents (submit with EOI): company profile (year of establishment, organization structure, names of directors/proprietors/partners, list of equipment and technical staff relevant to the category); valid registrations (NTN, FBR and Sindh sales tax on services/SRB where applicable); details of similar projects completed in the last three years with work-completion certificates and details of ongoing projects (client name & value); affidavit on stamp paper stating the firm is not blacklisted by any government/semigovernment/autonomous body (if involved in litigation/arbitration, provide details and outcome).

Submission method: EOI documents must be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked “EOI – Pre-Qualification: FY 2026-27 (Category)” and delivered to the Procurement Office, Arts Council of Pakistan Karachi, M.R. Kiyani Road, Karachi during office hours (12:00 pm to 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday). Late or incomplete applications will not be considered. Pre-qualified firms will be invited to participate when procurement/annual rate contracts are required.
