KAPCO is recruiting senior professionals for two leadership roles to support procurement, contract management, corporate diversification and new business development leveraging company infrastructure and the existing 500MW PPA.

Position	Key responsibilities	Qualifications	Experience / requirements
Head of Supply Chain (Senior Manager — Contracts & Procurement)	Develop and execute strategic procurement and contract management frameworks. Ensure cost optimization, regulatory compliance and risk mitigation. Oversee procurement planning and execution for equipment and services critical to plant operations. Lead strategic negotiations, manage contracts and engage reliable local and foreign suppliers and OEMs. Advise senior leadership with market intelligence and analytics; optimize supply chain structures and identify alternate sourcing channels.	Degree from a local or foreign university recognized by HEC.	Proven leadership, excellent communication skills. Computer literate and proficient in ERP solutions; experience ensuring adherence to local regulatory requirements.
Senior Manager (Business Development & Strategy)	Lead corporate diversification by identifying, evaluating and executing new business ventures using company land, covered areas, workshops, grid connectivity and power/energy resources. Develop new revenue streams alongside the existing 500MW PPA; evaluate investment structures, JVs and partnerships. Project finance and financial analysis to ensure bankable propositions; prepare memorandums and high-impact presentations for executive management and stakeholders. Conduct structured market and industry research and stakeholder management.	Relevant degree (16 years of education) in economics or a related professional qualification (as stated).	Minimum 10 years of experience, including business development and project finance experience; experience in infrastructure/project development and monetization is a strong advantage. Deep understanding of Pakistan's energy sector, investment climate and regulatory environment; strong analytical skills and extensive corporate/industry network. Minimum age: 35 years (as stated).
