Pakistan Railways CSF Headquarters Lahore Invites e-Bids via EPADS v2.0

Pakistan Railways, Central Stores Factory (CSF), Directorate, Headquarters Office Lahore invites bids through EPADS v2.0 from manufacturers, suppliers and contractors registered with Sales Tax and Income Tax departments for supply of goods as per the bidding documents. Open competitive bidding will be used adopting Least Cost Based Selection technique in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules, 2004.

Bids must be prepared in accordance with the e-Bidding documents and submitted through EPADS v2.0. Manual submission of bids will not be entertained. Bidders are required to register on the EPADS portal; a vendor registration tutorial is available. A Grievance Redressal Committee (GRC) has been notified for the procurement in accordance with Rule 48 of the Public Procurement Rules, 2004; the notification is available on the procuring agency's website and on the Authority's website at www.ppra.org.pk.
