HBL Public Auction: Two Bank Vehicles (Suzuki Bolan STV VX & Toyota Corolla Altis Grande) — Lahore

Issuer: HBL (Habib Bank Limited). HBL invites sealed bids for disposal of two bank vehicles by public auction in Lahore.

Key information and terms:

• Submission: Sealed offers must be submitted in an envelope marked "Bid for vehicles registration # AZG-203 & ALX-691" and addressed to the Head of Collections (Consumer). Bids must be received by the bank by 2026-09-14 before the close of office hours.

• Earnest Money: All bids must include earnest money by Demand Draft/Pay Order equal to 10% of the bid amount (non-Filer: 20%) in favor of HBL. Earnest money of unsuccessful bidders will be refunded within 10 days from the date of opening of bids.

• Inspection: Vehicles are available for inspection at HBL 200-Upper Mall Lahore Warehouse from 2026-09-03 to 2026-09-14, 2:30 pm to 5:00 pm on working days. Documentation details will be provided at time of inspection.

• Auction Basis: Vehicles will be auctioned on an "as is where is" basis. The successful bidder shall be responsible for payment of all taxes, transfer fees, etc.

• Opening of Bids: Offers will be opened by the Auction Committee on 2026-09-15 at the Collection Center, HBL 5-Bank Square, 1st Floor, The Mall Branch (Nila Gumband), Lahore.

• Payment: The balance of the purchase price must be paid by the successful bidder within 3 working days from the date of acceptance. Failure to pay will result in forfeiture of the earnest money (10% for Filers; 20% for Non-Filers).

• Bank Rights: The bank reserves the right to accept or reject any or all offers without assigning any reason.
