Auction Notice: Minor Minerals Leases — District Lower Dir (Auction: 2026-10-14)

District Auction Committee, District Lower Dir (Mineral Development Dir Lower) invites sealed applications from contractors registered with the Directorate General Mines & Minerals, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa for auction/grant of one-year minor-minerals leases for multiple river/stream blocks in District Lower Dir. The auction is scheduled for 14/10/2026 at 11:00 AM. In case the auction cannot be held on the above date for any reason, the District Auction Committee will announce a fresh date.

• Eligible applicants: Contractors registered with Directorate General Mines & Minerals, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa for Minor Minerals.
• Application fee: Application form is available against a non-refundable fee of Rs. 10,000 (ten thousand) to be deposited on any working day. Applications must be submitted at least three (03) working days before the auction.
• Documentation: Registered applicants must submit attested copies of CNIC, valid registration/NTN/firm documents and any other documents required by the Directorate (as listed in the auction terms).
