MES (DW&CE PAF Chaklala) Tender — Emergency Works at Various PAF Bases (Closing 2026-09-10)

Issuer: Military Engineer Services, Office of DW&CE (PAF) Chaklala. Tender Notice No. DW&CE/6000-Advt-Sgd/96/E-6 dated 21 Aug 2026. Sealed tenders are invited for emergency works under PPRA Rule 42-c(v) of 2004 for provision of certain facilities at multiple PAF bases.

How to apply: Contractors must submit applications for issuance of tender documents along with complete credentials (as indicated in the notice). Tender documents will be issued only to firms having sufficient experience in the relevant area and meeting the special conditions for the job.

Submission and opening: Tenders must be received in the office of the Accepting Officer by 11:30 Hrs on 2026-09-10 and will be opened at 12:00 Hrs on the same date. Contractors may be present at the time of opening.

Eligibility and conditions: Contractors must provide a certificate that they are not involved in litigation with any Government Department and that no special report from the Directorate of Inspection and Evaluation (E-in-C's Branch GHQ) is outstanding against them. All contractors must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) and submit a copy of their PEC registration; contractors not registered with PEC are ineligible. Only contractors on the approved MES list in categories 'A' and 'B' with relevant experience should apply.
