| Key Skills & Competencies | Proven ability to identify, onboard and grow franchise/business locations; meet and exceed sales, revenue and billing targets; willingness to travel extensively within assigned region for franchise visits and supervision; experience in motivating, training and managing franchisees and field staff; strong negotiation and relationship-building skills with local businesses; ability to analyse regional performance data and take corrective action; excellent communication and leadership skills; comfortable working with high autonomy; working knowledge of MS Office and reporting tools. |
